Independent public-record research

A source-linked map of the litigation record

This project tracks public court records involving Frank Tufano, connects related or repeated proceedings, records what judges actually found, and separately indexes lawsuit-related public statements. The goal is to make a large litigation record easier to audit without turning research classifications into judicial conclusions.

Source-linked findingsUnknown stays unknownChronology ≠ causation
Evidence layers stay separate

Court findings, party filings, chronology analysis and public statements are displayed as different source types. A “Strong indicator” is a research label, not a court declaration that a litigant is vexatious.

Search the litigation record

Filter the complete docket dataset, compare originating actions with removed/transfer dockets, and open any case for its connected findings, chronology events, videos and source-specific status research.

Explore the data

Filters update the case charts, dispute groups, repeated defendants and docket list.

Originating actions by year

Uses the earliest filing in each same-action group, so removals are not double-counted.

Docket records by court

Shows where the selected docket records were filed or removed.

Recorded outcomes

Only outcomes already entered in the research data.

Research coverage

Enriched cases versus cases still awaiting research.

Most repeated defendants

Canonical names from the alias mapping.

Related dispute groups

Analytical groupings for tracing repeated or related litigation. These are not themselves judicial findings.

Patterns & chronology

This page concentrates the research most relevant to repeated litigation and filing-restriction analysis. Court-confirmed repetition is kept distinct from party statements and analytical context.

Filing-restriction indicators

Source-backed facts potentially relevant to a filing-restriction analysis. “Strong” and “Moderate” are research classifications, not judicial declarations that a litigant is vexatious.

Chronology of conduct

Source-backed sequences connecting rulings, filings and public reactions. The sequence shows timing; it does not by itself establish intent, causation or vexatiousness.

Dated litigation timeline

Events from the strongest researched sequences. Judicially confirmed repetition is distinguished from ordinary docket chronology and public-statement context.

Videos & statements

Review timestamped public statements, filing announcements, reactions to rulings and the broader YouTube research index. Video evidence is never substituted for a court finding.

Video statement evidence

Timestamped statements and verified video-title statements relevant to litigation motive, repeated/prospective filing, compliance, or reactions to court rulings. These are public statements, not court findings.

Methodology

Court findings, filing-restriction indicators, chronology analysis and public statements are kept as separate evidence layers. Dispute groups, video-to-case links and evidence-strength labels are research classifications, not judicial determinations. State cases later removed to federal court remain separate docket records but are grouped as one originating action for action-level statistics.

The multi-page layout changes presentation only: the same source data powers every page, and each case detail view still brings together its related rulings, chronology events, video research and source links. A newly discovered lawsuit can still be added as one Cases row and enriched incrementally.
