An entity-name search of the county index on 2026-08-30 dated the underlying engagement: a Stipulation Against Liens filed by FRM LLC on 2022-12-30 records the refrigeration/freezer repair contract with Crispino's, roughly twenty months before C002 was filed.

Important caveat
The federal companion question is answered as of 2026-08-23 and the sequences are deliberately kept separate. C077 (3:26-cv-02135, filed 2026-07-29) is docketed as a diversity breach-of-contract action -- nature of suit 190 Contract: Other, cause 28:1330, jurisdiction Diversity, with the summons issued to counsel rather than to the pro se plaintiff -- which is consistent with the existing reading that it is a separate dispute from the 2024 state filing C002 rather than the same action. C077 is therefore not folded into this sequence. The complaint itself has not been read, so this rests on docket coding; a direct comparison of the two complaints has not been made.
