C050's Rule 41(b) dismissal and C047's R&R-adopted dismissal are both confirmed by direct docket review; C095's parallel New York motion denial is a directly-reviewed court decision.

Unlike C040/C054, no court has found these four cases' claims identical to one another or to C040/C054 -- this sequence documents the repeat-filing pattern only, not an identical-claims finding.
Important caveat
Do not conflate this sequence with the separate "Shopify identical-claims / res judicata chain" sequence (C040/C054), which rests on an explicit court finding this group does not have. C072's motion to dismiss remains undecided; C095 remains Active/non-final; neither case has an outcome yet. C047's and C050's dismissal orders were read from docket-entry descriptions, not the underlying PDFs, so their prejudice status is not confirmed.
