Outcome and research status

Research status: Source-backed docket metadata only (CourtListener docket 74926584; the complete seven-entry list was read Oct. 7, 2026). No document on the docket is available through the free federal archive.

Research notes: Discovered Oct. 7, 2026 by the same nationwide sweep that found C109, and filed on the same day as it. This is the first tracked action to name the Google and Alphabet cluster together with the Richard Burgess cluster: Google and Alphabet are already defendants in the DSP007 and DSP014 actions, while Richard Burgess and the Vegan Gains channel are the two defendants in C062, where a default-judgment motion was denied without prejudice. All four defendants were already tracked parties before this filing. The docket records the nature of suit as 190 Contract: Other. Both complaints filed on Oct. 6, 2026 recite the same filing-fee receipt number; the payment entry appears only on the C109 docket, and this docket carries an application to proceed in forma pauperis instead. The denial of emergency status is known only from the plaintiff's own notice about it rather than from any order text, so it is recorded as a docket entry and not as a court finding.
