Two lawsuits added the day after filing, and a party list corrected (October 14, 2026)
Two lawsuits filed on October 13, 2026 in the Middle District of Pennsylvania were added to the tracker the day after they were filed. Both were brought without a lawyer, both had their filing fee paid on the day of filing under a single receipt, and both were assigned to the same magistrate judge. Summonses have been issued in each; no defendant has yet appeared or responded, and no court has ruled on anything.
The larger of the two names ten defendants. Two of them are already parties to earlier lawsuits in this record arising from the long-running dispute with Paul Saladino — Saladino himself, who is a defendant in eight earlier actions here, and Heart & Soil Supplements LLC — which makes this the eleventh docket record in that group. Google and Alphabet were already defendants in other actions. The remaining six are named in this record for the first time: Ancestral Supplements LLC, Joe Rogan Podcast LLC, Brian Johnson, Joe Rogan, The Fittest Ever LLC, and a placeholder defendant the court docketed as “Other YouTube Influencers To be Named”. The court classifies the action as a civil-rights employment discrimination claim. Nothing is recorded here about any newly named person or company beyond the fact that the court lists them as a defendant.
The second names four: White Oak Pastures, REP Provisions, Thomas Cattle Company and Alphabet Inc. The court classifies it as an assault, libel and slander claim.
For neither case is the complaint itself available. One runs to sixteen pages and the other to eight, and neither is published on any free source, so what is actually alleged against any of these defendants is not known and is not described on this site. Neither case is recorded as repeating an earlier one: the published test for that compares what two complaints claim, and here one of the two cannot be read. The lists of defendants come from the court’s own record of the parties rather than from the case name, which in both instances named only the first defendant.
The same pass corrected the party list in the October 6 case against Google. The court’s own record of the parties names five defendants where this site had four: Youtube is carried as a defendant in its own right, as well as appearing as a trading name of Google LLC. The entries on that docket name only four, so the fifth comes from the court’s party record rather than from the text of the filings.
Everything else checked was already accurate. Eleven cases whose records showed a single defendant behind a case name that did not say “et al” were checked against the court’s party records and every one was correct. Six active dockets were read in full and matched what was already published. The Lackawanna County index reconciles exactly: the count of entries under his name is unchanged, and both company names resolve entirely to cases already on file or to two 2022 lien stipulations, which are recorded documents rather than lawsuits and are already noted as such. A search of the federal courts nationwide, of the appeals courts for the Third, Second and Ninth Circuits, and of New York state filings in the six counties where he has sued, found no further new case. Twelve dockets that match his name but belong to other people, or that merely mention the name without his being a party, were written down so that later checks do not re-examine them.
Two things could not be checked and are recorded as gaps rather than as clean results. Pennsylvania’s statewide court portal refused connections throughout, as it has on each of the last four checks, so the state appellate courts were not searched. And New York’s public filing system returns nothing at all when asked to search every county at once — a control search proved it, by returning nothing for a county and period that does contain a known case. New York was therefore searched county by county, which can only cover counties already known about.

Note
Case records on this site are only as complete as the public dockets they are drawn from. For a lawsuit filed within the last few days that usually means a case number, a court, a filing date and nothing more. Where that is all there is, this site says so rather than filling the gap.
