NEW BUILDING TOUR!!! Frankie's Meat HQ
Dates the departure from the prior Bronx facility ("they made us leave before July") and the acquisition of the Carbondale building ("found something later last year"), published 2023-07-03. The property nearly every tracked Carbondale dispute attaches to is 25-31 Dundaff Street, Carbondale (disputes.csv DSP021; research_notes.csv C002 and C103). He describes the acquisition as "a lease to own thing", which is not the same instrument as the commercial mortgage the dataset records — disputes.csv DSP021 dates a Fidelity Bank mortgage to 2022-12-29 and C103 is a Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure brought against FRM LLC over 25 Dundaff Street. This pass does not reconcile the two characterisations; it records that he called it a lease-to-own on camera. No party is named anywhere in this passage. Possible case/dispute link: DSP021 (Fidelity Bank mortgage on 25-31 Dundaff Street) — tentative and unconfirmed, on property/timing only; no bank, seller, lessor or realtor is named in the transcript. The Bronx departure matched nothing in lawsuits.csv, aliases.csv, research_notes.csv or disputes.csv (see the research notes archived for this video).
Evidentiary treatment: This is a public statement by a party, indexed separately from court findings, party filings and this project’s research classifications. Quotations below are transcribed from the video’s own YouTube auto-generated captions and timestamped from the caption cues covering the passage quoted; each links back to that exact moment so a reader can verify it. Auto-captions are machine-generated and mis-transcribe names and figures, so wording is preserved as transcribed rather than silently corrected. No transcript is reproduced here, and neither the video’s inclusion nor its relevance tier is a judicial finding.
Timestamped statements
What these tiers are: “Strong”, “Moderate” and “Context” are this project’s research classification of how closely a public statement bears on the documented filing-restriction indicators. They are not judicial findings, not an adjudication of anything said in a video, and not a determination that Frank Tufano is a vexatious litigant — no court in this dataset has made that determination. Court findings, party statements and research classifications are kept in separate evidence layers throughout this site; see Methodology.
How a tier is assigned.Strong — the statement names a tracked case or dispute and describes filing conduct of the kind the indicators document: repeat filing on the same dispute, filing after an adverse decision, or filing framed as imposing cost on the opponent. Moderate — it bears on litigation conduct or chronology in a tracked dispute, but the case link is tentative or the statement describes something other than the speaker’s own filing behaviour. Context — general commentary with no specific tracked case identified.
What the factor labels are. Each statement is also labelled with the filing-restriction factor its own words describe, so the reason for a classification is visible rather than implied. Most factors correspond to a criterion recorded in the indicator data, and the three that do not are marked as such there — a filing that has only been threatened has no docket to record, and an allegation about a court is the speaker’s characterisation rather than a recorded criterion. Repeat filing on the same dispute, filing after an adverse decision and cost imposition as stated motive are the three that can qualify a statement as Strong; threatened or prospective filing, self-reported filing volume, filing announced or confirmed, adverse outcome described and judicial or forum bias alleged record related but weaker signals. A statement that describes no filing conduct carries no factor badge. A factor records what the speaker said — not that a court found it, and not that anyone has been determined a vexatious litigant.
How quotations are marked: An ellipsis (…) inside a quotation marks words left out between two passages of the same video, which can sit some minutes apart. The omitted wording is not reproduced here, and a clip on the statement supercut plays the whole span from the quotation’s first word to its last — so it includes the omitted material. Quotations without an ellipsis are continuous speech.
new headquarters we uh finally got kicked out of the Bronx they made us leave before July so uh found something later last year ended up uh getting a lease to own thing on the building so that was all secured

this is actually a huge freezer back here that's not currently hooked up probably costs another few thousand to hook that up
The building holds more than one refrigeration system, and this one — on the grocery-store side — he describes as still not connected as of publication on 2023-07-03. C002's claims summary (research_notes.csv) pleads substandard work on "a long-dormant commercial walk-in freezer", and separately alleges refrigerant drained "from another unit to which only Crispino had access". This quote is the on-camera record that a second, disconnected refrigeration unit existed on the premises; it does not establish which unit either pleading concerns. Possible case/dispute link: DSP012 / C002 (Crispino refrigeration dispute) — tentative and unconfirmed; the transcript names no contractor.
but everything's working originally the freezer wasn't up and running and a lot of the HVAC stuff didn't work I ended up getting about a forty thousand dollar loan from the bank to get everything fixed in here uh the electrical and the the freezer stuff
This is his own on-camera description of the condition of the building's refrigeration and electrical systems roughly six months after the December 2022 engagements and roughly fourteen months before C002 was filed (2024-09-03). Three things line up with recorded instruments already in the dataset, and the alignment was found in the transcript, not in the title. (1) "the freezer wasn't up and running" corresponds to C002's pleaded premise of "a long-dormant commercial walk-in freezer" that a contractor was hired to restart. (2) He names two categories of work funded — "the electrical and the the freezer stuff" — and research_notes.csv C103 records exactly two Stipulations Against Liens filed by FRM LLC on 2022-12-30: 2022-30178 with Wallis Electric Construction Co. for "Electrical repairs to equipment located in a Commercial Building", and 2022-30179 with Crispino's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning for "Refrigeration/Freezer related repairs". (3) He says the money came as "a loan from the bank", and DSP021 dates the Fidelity Bank commercial mortgage on the same premises to 2022-12-29, the day before both stipulations were recorded. He names no bank, no contractor and no electrician. The "forty thousand dollar" figure is a spoken number and is not corroborated by any document in the dataset — see the research notes archived for this video. Possible case/dispute link: DSP012 / C002 and C077 (Crispino refrigeration), and DSP021 / C103 (Fidelity Bank mortgage on 25-31 Dundaff Street) — all tentative and unconfirmed; the link rests on subject matter and date, not on any name spoken.
this is the old compressor HVAC system for the grocery store hasn't I mean obviously need some TLC it needs to be cleaned up hasn't been running for a few years now but it should work
Independent corroboration, from the speaker himself, that plant at these premises had sat dormant for years before he took the building — the factual premise C002 pleads about the walk-in freezer. It is stated here about the grocery-store HVAC compressor, which is a different unit, so it supports the general condition of the building rather than the specific equipment in the pleading. Possible case/dispute link: DSP012 / C002 — tentative and unconfirmed, on the dormancy premise only.
A case link records a researched connection between the video and a docket record. It is not a finding that the video caused, or was caused by, any filing.
