What have courts said about him?

Two courts have recorded observations about the volume of his filings: in July 2026 a federal district judge wrote that a magistrate judge’s description of him as a “prodigious, but prodigiously unsuccessful, pro se litigant” was not inaccurate, noting Clerk records showing 38 lawsuits in that district alone since December 2023. Other orders have found particular claims frivolous or meritless, deemed appeals frivolous and not taken in good faith, and barred a complaint as identical to one already dismissed.
